Adaptive Leadership
WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING MISSING IN THE MUSLIM UMMAH TODAY?
The fair adaptive program is designed to give participants an understanding of how leadership is connected to problem solving and societal values.Using Islamic principles as its base, the course looks at both theory and practice.
The six week program includes workshops and activities covering details with conflict , working with media, active listening and assertivenesses as well as presentations by experts and field trips to various service providers , including sessions with parliamentarians and community leaders.
Remember the best of leaders was the prophet(pbuh) himself, so follow in his footsteps and take responsibility for the future!
All successful participants will receive course notes and a certificate. (Lunch provided).
